Cumann Pheadair Naofa U12 Footballers put in an impressive display Sunday morning at St Marks Playing Fields against a vibrant and energetic Ballyholland side. The weather conditions were very poor to begin with and there was a strong chance that if the rain kept up the match would have to be postponed, but luckily the clouds parted and sun shined graced the Warrenpoint pitch for most of the 1st and 2nd halves.

The U12’s worked very hard in the mucky pitch and their hard work and effort in the pre-seasons Core Training stood to the lads who gave a dominant performance and managed to come out top against the Ballyholland team.

Under 12 Manager Miceal Lecister said “while the weather conditions were poor our lads worked very hard and showed a disciplined effort against a strong Ballyholland team.”
