On Saturday night in Pairc Esler, Club Chairman Eugene Gallagher was presented with a cheque for £32,640 following the club selling an all time high of over 360 tickets for this years draw. There was a total of 5508 tickets bought in the County bringing in around £660,000 profit for the county and with £96 of every ticket going directly to the club. Eugene Gallagher said he as delighted to accept the cheque on the club behalf and couldn’t praise enough the members and supporters of Cumann Pheadair Naofa for their support and generosity in making this a particularly profitable year.
Every penny of the money raise through the selling of these tickets goes into the day to day running of the club and in providing a range of games, activities and resources for our member and most importantly our young people.
