Cumann Pheadair Naofa senior footballers had mixed fortunes last week.  Showing a significant improvement in form, the Blues recorded a very good away league victory over Drumgath.  Unfortunately, despite a very gallant effort, they were defeated at home on Friday night by three points by Loughinisland with the final score being Warrenpoint 2-09, Loughinisland 1-14.  This was a game that could have gone either way, with Ross McGarry and Christy Carr putting in good performances for the home team.
