Cumann Pheadair Naofa Senior footballers had a good win in an away game against Clann Na Banna on Friday 31 August with a final score line of Clann Na Banna 1-07, Warrenpoint 2-15.Ross Mc Garry and Conor Clarke were very lively in attack and they were alert to the early ball supply with Ross getting three great scores from play.  This proved to be a settling effect for The Blues and they played some attractive football at stages with nice scores coming from the build up play. Caolan Mc Loughlin scored two goals from midfield with the second one an absolute cracker into the top corner of the net. Conor Austin picked up a lot of the breaking   ball and distributing it well. Ryan Boyle was attacking at every opportunity and put in a sterling performance. Overall, there was a good spread of scores through out the team with workhorse Gary Morgan adding his score to the tally. Final score Clann Na Banna  1-07, Warrenpoint 2-15.
