On Saturday there was a full house at the annual first aid training at Cumann Pheadair Noafa with 26 coaches and mentors who were put through their paces by the team from ‘Safe Hands’ on learning how to deal with sports injuries and medical emergencies like choking, allergies, concussion, and using a defibrillator in a cardiac arrest.

Sincere thanks to Pat and Kelly from ‘Safe Hands’ for their humorous and realistic role playing. Everyone agreed they would now be better able to deal with a medical emergency should it arise on or off the field. Thanks to everyone who participated.
