The blues started strong in the first half with points from Eoin Carr and Aaron McBurney before captain Peter Sweeney hit the net. Cian McLoughlin scored the point of the game before further goals from Jamie lynch and Aaron McBurney put the point in a commanding lead. However ballyholland rallied in the last 10 minutes to take advantage of a few wasted Warrenpoint chances and tagged two goals before the half.

Half time score 3-6 to 3-4.

Warrenpoint again started strong with a well worked goal from Ruairi McCormack who has also been having strong performances for the minors in their championship campaign. Ballyholland would not give up and took control of the game and poor defending from the blues saw them add a goal and four points. Aaron McBurney and Ronan Daly drew the sides level with points before the harps once again took the lead with a point after a few wides that they could have put them out of sight.

However the blues dug deep in injury time to add a massive long range point from Connor Lavery to draw the sides again.
